Yes. Most trips can be amended or fully cancelled up to 72 hours before departure with no penalty. Some seasonal trips (peak winter, cherry blossom dates) have stricter terms — those are clearly noted on the booking page before you confirm.

Tours are land-only by default — everything from hotels to ground transfers, activities, and most meals is included. We can absolutely book flights for you on request, and we will always match or beat fares you have found elsewhere.

We cap group tours at 12 travelers to keep the experience personal. Most of our trips are private (just you and your party). If you want a private version of any group tour, just ask — we will quote it.

Absolutely. Many of our most popular trips (Banff, Iceland, Bali) work beautifully with kids. We adjust the pace, swap activities for age-appropriate alternatives, and book family-suite accommodations. Children 4–17 get 40% off; under 4 travel free.

We track your flight in real time. If you are early, your driver waits. If you are delayed, they adjust automatically — no extra charge. Drivers meet you at arrivals with a name sign and help with luggage.

We do not sell insurance directly but we partner with a leading underwriter for travelers booking through us. Coverage includes medical, cancellation, and lost luggage. We strongly recommend it — your agent will share details and pricing during booking.

Every booking comes with a 24/7 concierge line. If a flight is cancelled, weather closes a road, or anything else throws a wrench — call us. We have local partners on the ground in every destination who can step in fast.

Yes. We handle corporate accounts, wedding parties, conference groups, and delegations. Our Group 12 package covers up to 12 passengers across coordinated vehicles; for larger movements we will quote a multi-vehicle plan.
